It was the biggest increase since a gain of 1% in November, reports RTT citing the latest date released from Statistics Denmark.

During February, sales of clothing and related goods increased 3.5% and those of other consumer goods increased 0.9%. In contrast, food and grocery sales decreased 0.4%.

Year-on-year, on a price-adjusted basis, retail sales grew 0.7% in February, after remaining flat in January, the first increase in three months.
